Periodic account-validation testing

During the past week, your Finance department may have noticed a $0.01 credit from Palmetto GBA. This is the result of the periodic account-validation testing that the TPA will be conducting at least once per payment period and as required when CGDP participants make changes to their bank accounts. This amount is funded by the TPA and is not expected to be returned to Palmetto GBA.
